Emails and Replies That Don't Sound Robotic

Most of the writing you do at work is small. A reply to a parent. A note to a donor. A follow-up to a client who's gone quiet. AI is genuinely good at this — but only if you stop it from sounding like AI.

The default voice of every chatbot is the same: warm, slightly formal, full of phrases like "I hope this email finds you well" and "please don't hesitate to reach out." Nobody talks like that. The whole module is about getting past that default.
